This training content has been created by The Resuscitation Council (RCUK), who set the national CPR guidelines. They are a clear and reliable source for CPR training.
Once you have completed the online training modules:

Share the link to CPRWrapUK.com on your socials with colleagues, friends and family and encourage them to complete up-to-date CPR training.

As a next step consider seeking face to face CPR
